Summary
Borrelli + Partners was selected, as part of a team with H.J. High Construction, for the design-build of the new Orlando Tennis Centre. The complex is one of the inaugural facilities constructed in College Park’s Packing District.
The new Orlando Tennis Centre features 11 clay courts, 6 hard courts (two of which can be converted into pickleball courts), a half-court practice wall, a raised competition observation platform, and a 4,000 SF welcome center with a modern clubhouse, lockers, showers, restrooms, meeting space, a pro shop. The project was designed with sustainability in mind and is projected for LEED certification.
The new Orlando Tennis Center facility will maintain a community-focus and offer a variety of special events, along with group and private instruction.
