Olympia Gusman Cultural Center
The redevelopment of the Olympia / Gusman complex consisted of three primary components: renovations to the historic Olympia Theater and existing 10 story office tower, and the construction of a new 10 story addition.
Improvements to the theater include new dressing room facilities, new theatrical lighting, new house seating, restoration of existing pipe organ and new wall and floor finishes.
