PGA National Resort & Spa

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. was commissioned to design the multi-million dollar renovation of the PGA National Resort & Spa. Renovations began with a re-design of the front entrance to the resort and continue with the lobby, featuring a contemporary lobby bar, a new restaurant, the expanded Business Concierge Lounge, and Coffee Shop. Outside the lobby’s back wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, a completely redesigned free-form pool with lush landscaping, water features, private cabana rooms, a children’s pool and play area, and re-developed Wave Bar & Grill. An enhanced feature is the 5,000 square foot outdoor pool pavilion overlooking the resort’s 26 acre lake and championship golf courses.

Other renovations are transforming the two-story private Members Clubhouse, Croquet Lawn/Garden, Pool, Pavilion Lawn, Lobby, Shula’s Restaurant, Arezzo’s Restaurant, 91st. Hole Restaurant, Citrus Tree Cafe, Starbucks Cafe, Public Corridors, Public Restrooms, Office Renovation, Conversion of Offices.
