Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa

The project scope of work consisted of renovations to an 85 acre resort located on Sanibel Island due to extensive damage caused by Hurricane Charley. Although the resort fared well structurally, many of the public spaces and guest rooms in the 240 room seaside hotel and the 107 room historic Grand Bay Inn were water and wind damaged.

The newly renovated hotel and inn exhibit an inviting decor, inspired by the natural beauty of the seaside setting. The vistas of warm sand tones, antique furnishings, elegantly appointed baths and soft botanical accents are thematically the new ambiance at the resort.
