UNF Student Wellness Complex

As the leading firm in the Joint Venture of Borrelli + Partners, Inc. and PSA/Dewberry, the firm was selected by University of North Florida to develop the long range plan for the Student Wellness Complex. The new facility includes a three-court gymnasium, elevated jogging track, group exercise studios, locker facilities, as well as physical education, recreation, fitness and health promotion departments. It also includes educational, social and administrative space for students, faculty and staff. This multi-story building is designed to be compatible with campus architecture. The design encompassed the conceptual development of a student promenade connecting the new Student Union to remote parking, and the modification of existing roadways to develop a pedestrian plaza between the Student Wellness Complex and the Student Union.
