Plantation Preserve

The Plantation Preserve Golf Course and Club House Project features a spectacular 18-hole golf course, located within the center of the Broward County Community.  A variety of Borrelli + Partners’ approaches enabled the client to develop a total of seven buildings including a two-story clubhouse, restrooms, shelters and three maintenance buildings.  Borrelli + Partners helped the 212-acre Plantation Preserve to combine natural scenic spaces with the finest amenities in the clubhouse.  This championship golf course designed by the renowned VonHagge, Smelek & Baril, features a linear park with a series of lakes and restored wetlands in the central portion of the property.  The foundation for this design is the integration of the program and the environmental context of the site.
