Spreading Christmas Cheer at the 2015 We Care Event Mon, Dec 14, 2015
Last week, volunteers from Orlando’s finest architecture and interior design firms lended their creativity and design talent to children in need, assisting with creating meaningful gifts for their family and friends. The celebration included a variety of craft stations, and this year, the Borrelli team helped the children write and decorate Christmas cards for loved ones.
The event took place at the Walt Disney World Clubhouse in Pine Hills, and over 200 children participated.
We Care, now in its eighteenth year, unites the Boys and Girls Club of America, Herman Miller, Inc. and volunteers from the nation’s design community, and brings seasonal joy and good cheer to thousands of deserving children in 28 cities across the U.S. and Canada. This was Borrelli’s fifth year volunteering.
