Building a Connection to Nature at D Ranch Preserve

Conservation Florida and Borrelli + Partners unveiled plans for a new nature center at the D Ranch Preserve focused on community education and conservation. The facility, expected to open in 2027 with construction starting in 2026, will be a hub featuring classrooms, exhibits, and offices. The center aims to connect visitors with the 476-acre preserve's wildlife and ecosystems, enhancing its mission as a vital sanctuary in Volusia County.
