450 West New England Avenue Mixed-Use Building

Borrelli + Partners was commissioned to design the 78,256 square foot mixed use building at 450 West New England Avenue. The building will have a unique blend of retail, office and residential units. Its location in Winter Park, Florida, will create a second retail shopping area comparable to Park Avenue, the City's high end retail area. The architecture will be expressed with brick, the use of classic storefront windows, and caststone moldings. The interior finishes in the public lobby will greet visitors with rich travertine and stone accents. The ground floor of this new development will have retail stores and office spaces accessible from street level. The second floor will be primarily office space and the third level will be residential apartments. The building was designed with its own 37 car parking garage for the residential units.
