Shingle Creek Marsh Landing

Borrelli + Partners provided architecture and landscape architecture services for Osceola County’s Marsh Landing. This 2-acre property, located on Marsh Road north of John Young Parkway, was formerly known as Harbor Oaks Marina and was severely damaged during the 2004 hurricane season.

Marsh Landing has a public canoe and kayak launch; a rental concession, from where groups can take guided tours of Shingle Creek in an electric boat; restrooms and a pre-packaged food and drink concession area. Good Samaritan Village residents even have golf cart gate access to the paddling area for a quiet evening on the deck.
