The Tiffany at Maitland West Luxury Apartments

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. recently completed hardscape, landscape, and irrigation construction documents for three courtyards located within this four-story, urban apartment building. Courtyards include a pool courtyard, Zen garden courtyard, and an open space courtyard. Site constraints were a large component in these designs taking into account views from within as well as out of windows from apartments, solar angles, drainage, and running of utilities. Plans included surface grading, hardscape layout, materials, details, along with landscape irrigation design.
