Venetian Center

Borrelli + Partners was selected to provide architectural and landscape design services for the construction of a new Community Center building in Venetian Gardens for the City of Leesburg. The project includes a one-story 20,700-square-foot multipurpose building, Dozier Circle reconfiguration, parking facilities, access roads, and landscaping improvements. The Venetian Center also includes:

• New walking bridge from the patio to MLK island

• Covered entry portico

• Full catering kitchen

• A ballroom with a full panoramic view of Venetian Cove and Venetian Gardens

• New A/V equipment and media compatibility

• Three banquet rooms

• 1,760 square feet covered back patio

The center is part of the Venetian Gardens Master Plan Phase III improvements. This redevelopment plan upgrades facilities built in the 1960s.
