Young Pine Park

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. was commissioned for architectural services by Orange County for the construction of a 3,308 SF Concessions, Storage, and Restroom facility at Young Pine Park. The building consists of an approximate 411 SF conditioned concessions area for the sales of concessions, two large restrooms with floor ceiling plastic partitions and tile on wet wall to 5’-0” AFF, and a large storage area, plus small support areas for vending machines, a small concessions storage area, a janitor/pipe chase room, air handler and electric room.

The building was be constructed within the confines of Young Pine Park, which was concurrently undergoing site re-development.
