UCF Ferrell Commons Building 7E Renovation

Borrelli + Partners, Inc. (B+P) was the architect of record for this $650,000 design/build renovation project with Wharton-Smith, Inc. at the University of Central Florida (UCF).

The project consisted of a 4,853 square foot facilities improvement to an existing assembly space within the UCF Ferrell Commons Building (Building 7E).

B+P’s scope of work included creating two large classroom spaces separated by an operation partition wall, a lounge area and a built-in check-in desk for reception and five office spaces. The improvements include updating life safety and ADA requirements as well as replacing two existing storefront double doors with brand new code compliant storefront double doors.
