East Campus, Building 1B Renovation

Awarded as part of our Continuing Services contract with Valencia College, Borrelli + Partners, Inc. (B+P) was selected to provide architectural services for the 2,000 SF Building 1B Renovation for Valencia College’s East Campus. The $2.3 million project involved the complete renovation of the entire second floor of Building 1B and the re-design of interior spaces. The program included offices, conference rooms, classrooms, a common area, a restroom, nursing mother’s room, and a Physics Interactive Lab/Seminar space.
