GOAA Moving Sidewalk Removal

As part of Borrelli+Partner’s Continuing Architectural Service Contract with GOAA, we were responsible for programming, phasing and design development of the landside moving walkways replacement that ran through the terminal building’s retail and food court centers. Existing moving sidewalks were removed to provide for more seating areas and eliminate passengers from passing retail stores on the moving sidewalk. Critical elements for this fast track project included providing safe, secure and customer friendly operations throughout all phases of this project’s projected construction and renovation, while maintaining ‘The Orlando Experience’ continuously.
