SSC Raider Center

As a part of a Design-Build team, Borrelli + Partners, Inc., in association with Gilbane Building Company, was selected to renovate portions of the existing Building H on the Sanford/Lake Mary Seminole State College Campus, a 40-year-old building with approximately 43,000 gross square feet. The building was remodeled and re-configured in two phases to accommodate the needs of the Athletic Department and the wellness/fitness needs of the College’s students and staff. The project, which occupies a reconfigured 26,000 square foot space, was developed in multiple phases (stages) as part of an overall project design plan.

The Raider Center features:

· Collegiate Sized Basketball/Volleyball Court

· Strength Deck with 4 Multi-functional Squat/Bench Racks

· Cardio/Circuit Training Deck

· Dance/Yoga & Fitness Studio

· Changing Stations/Showers & Lockers

· Classroom for 28
